Introduction:

Our project aim is to develop a system to maintain Lectures, Lecture hall and Laboratory scheduling System suitable for a University. It is a computerized version than the manual system. In this part explain the method of the project how we are going to accure the data and method of preparing the management system for this research collecting data from faculty of science.

Rationale:

The goal of this project is to create a system to maintain the details Lecturers’ to make easy the maintenance of the Lectures’ time, Lecture hall facilities and Laboratory facilities than the manual system.

Objectives:

Objective of the project is to develop Lectures, Lecture hall and Laboratory scheduling System for department of computer science.

§ Develop the skills and user friendly services for lecturers.

§ To check the Lectures time, Lecture hall and Laboratory facilities and when
    it free

§ Automatically restore every start of the semester.

§ To provide a full range of reports that will satisfy informational
    requirements.

§ Check the lecture time for particular subject and particular lecturer without
   conflicts.

Methodology

1. Collect data
1.1. Meet the AR of our faculty and get the details we are using for our
manual work as lecture hall and laboratory facilities, lectures time etc.

2. Discuss with my group about the project.

2.1. Create the tables and E-R diagrams.

2.2. Draw the manual interface.

3. Talk with particular person.

3.1. Discuss with our advisor and head of the department.

3.2. Get details about their needs.

4. Fulfill the system for the Lectures, Lecture hall and Laboratory scheduling.

4.1. Talk with my group members about our future plans.

Implementation plan:

This project will be designed in Visual Studio C#.NET 2010 for creating interface. SQL will be used to create the database schema as the back end for this System, which includes all the tables, and primary keys. Security in our system will be provided by a username /password user authentication system. Monitor our project and send weekly progress through lms.
